The client was seeking a flexible website and prospectus solution to suit the needs of the Trust, their academies and partner companies (Merchants’ Academy Sports Centre).

Merchants’ Academy Trust uses our clone model whereby we first create the Trust website and prospectus, then duplicate the design for partner academies, tailoring it to their branding and content. This reduces the cost to client whilst also ensuring cohesion across the Trust academies. Further clones can be created quickly and easily as the Trust expands.

The Trust websites automatically synchronise with Cleverbox School Connect App, which the academies actively use to communicate and engage with parents.

Photography was also commissioned for each academy. Our photographer used his experience in working with SEN schools to take a sensitive approach to the shoot with Venturers’ Academy, a school for students with Autism.

From the first engagement meeting through each stage of consultation and design the team delivered beyond our expectations. The training and aftercare support on the new content management system for the key staff was exceptional. Furthermore the relationship doesn’t end at delivery but the support desk is always there with rapid response and solution to any questions or new ideas we have implemented once live.
