Our copy writer will take a fresh approach in communicating your message while benefiting from their extensive experience writing
prospectuses for schools.
We offer three levels of service:
Option 1. Professional Proofreading
At best, poor grammar, ambiguous copy and spelling mistakes cost money, resulting in expensive reprints.
Cleverbox offers a professional proofreading service which assesses text for grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, consistency and traditional proofreading elements, as well as for readability and tone of voice. The entire service is designed to do exactly what the rest of the production team is doing: helping to polish the text, so that it is as error-free as possible and communicates with the greatest clarity.
Option 2. Copy Editing - Part EditOur copy writer will take your existing text and rewrite it, adding clarity, sparkle and impact to your prospectus. We will insert supplied quotations from various reports and surveys (previously requested) and add relevant headings where appropriate. A telephone interview with the Head teacher may also be arranged.
Option 3: Copy Writing - Full Edit
In order to gain all the relevant information and quotations required to write your prospectus, our copy writer will visit your school and undertake interviews with various members of the school community.
