Overview

Our design studio has become the recognised industry-experts within the education sector and we are looking for our next creative star to continue to build that reputation. We are a multi-disciplined agency and so whereas this is primarily a website design role, there is ample opportunity to cross over into branding, print and animation work.

Our ideal candidate will be confident and highly organised with the skills, personality and attention to detail to consistently deliver exceptional design ideas. Working closely with our Creative Lead, they will be involved in all aspects of the website design process, from briefing, concept and UX to content, delivery and quality assurance.

Duties include

• Consulting with our internal project management team to understand client objectives and brief
• Design concepts for website, branding and printed projects
• Creation of final design files for Passover to web developers or lithographic printers
• Quality assurance of work to the required Cleverbox standard with an excellent attention to detail
• Promoting a positive and professional image of Cleverbox as the recognised industry leader
• Build relationships within an excellent team, and add value to our overall service offering

Key skills

• At least two years professional design agency experience
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe and a good level of knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Ability to understand and deliver design projects on brief and within budget
• Creative flair and able to clearly communicate ideas and adapt to a variety of client styles
• A can-do attitude, high motivation levels and a focus on achieving results
• Time management and organisation skills, ability to work on multiple projects within challenging deadlines

This is an office-based role on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with the option to work from home on a Wednesday after your probation period has been successfully completed. We are looking to employ a candidate within a maximum one-hour commute from our Bromley studio, BR1 1DG.
