Our design process includes ample studio time to create your graphics and artwork for production. Additionally, for optimal sign adhesion, any damaged walls will need to be repaired beforehand. We’ll be happy to provide specific guidelines based on your signage type and installation needs.

Yes, we can handle installations in high locations! During our site survey, we’ll assess any need for specialised access equipment and we’ll oultine any cost associated with equipment hire clearly within your proposal.

No. We specialise in sign installation and don’t currently offer painting, plastering, or electrical work. However, we’re happy to liaise with your premises team or trusted contractors about any prep work that needs to be completed before we install your signs.

If your signage gets damaged, please let us know right away. We understand that accidents happen, vandalism is a possibility, and extreme weather can sometimes cause issues. While Cleverbox can’t be held liable in these cases, we’ll be happy to assess the situation and recommend the best course of action. Depending on the circumstances, we will take the appropriate steps to repair or replace your school signage, all in accordance with our standard service level agreement (SLA).

Yes! You’re welcome to provide images for your signage designs. We will ask that any images you supply are acquired through legitimate means and with proper usage permissions. They will also need to be of high enough quality and suitable for the design. If you’d prefer, you can always leave it to us to source the best images for your designs.
